“La Table du Lana” is open every day for lunch and dinner. In the summer, our buffet and barbecue are served on the south-facing terrace at the foot of the slopes with a view over the forest.
Dynamic and punchy, Guy Martin
leaves his mark on the gastronomic menu of «La Table du Lana», the restaurant of the Hotel in Courchevel 1850. After a full renovation in 2008/2009 and the gaining of its fifth star, Le Lana adds a new feature to its grandeur and asks the 2-stars Michelin Chef Guy Martin to create the gastronomic menu of its restaurant.
Guy Martin, a versatile Chef who started in the Savoy region
, has improved his talent and know-how at “Le Grand Véfour” (Paris), at the “Sensing” (Paris and Boston) and at the “Cristal Baccarat Room”.
“I met the Tournier Family in 1984, we used to attend the same circles in Savoy, and this partnership seems now to be natural” explains Guy Martin. “At Le Lana we want to develop local food using the regional products and ingredients I cherish, while elaborating a modern and contemporary cuisine”.
A return to the roots and a strong commitment for bringing new flavours to Le Lana without losing the innermost values of the Hotel, even after 50 years.
